“A lifeline for anyone healing from trauma.”

Meet Kierst Rabinowitz

Kierst Rabinowitz is a mother of four, a devoted wife, an entrepreneur—and now, a published author. Her writing journey began as a personal healing outlet and evolved into a mission to spark open conversations around trauma, recovery, and mental health.

Raised in Fairbanks, Alaska, Kierst’s life was shaped by abuse, silence, and struggle. She battled depression, substance abuse, and suicidal thoughts—but ultimately chose a path of healing and purpose.

With courage and compassion, Kierst shares her truth to let others know they are not alone. Her work challenges the stigma around sexual abuse, addiction, and mental health, and encourages resilience, hope, and self-forgiveness.
